is a neighborhood full of opportunities that we think are importatnt to
consider in a revitalization project. We have tried to include as
many of these opportunities in our project while making
as many improvements as well. We have chosen to work on a small scale, that of one intersection, in order to do as much as possible with as little as possible. Our concept is that of a ripple effect. By making important and immediately possible improvements in one area, this attitute could spread throughout the neighborhood. We have chosen to develop the intersection of Caseyville and North Park to develop numerous projects including a community center, a restaurant, fire station and a hardscape are of the existing Jones Park. |
