Decentralized Nodes with Emphasis on Adaptive Re-use

East St. Louis - Lansdowne Neighborhood
CORRIDORS PARKS MISC. DESIGN HOME
The intersection of 40th and Waverly was a thriving commercial corridor.  However, many of the buildings are either dilapidated or destroyed.  Our primary goal along this corridor is to restore it to its original condition through adaptive re-use and new construction.  Some of the proposed features for this corridor include a movie theater, skating rink, gas station, etc.
