Decentralized Nodes with Emphasis on Adaptive Re-use

East St. Louis - Lansdowne Neighborhood
CORRIDORS PARKS MISC. DESIGN HOME
Lincoln Ave. was a former home to Mom & Pop stores, a car wash, a fire station, and several other small businesses.  Most of these businesses are no longer present, yet the buildings that housed them remain vacant.  Our primary goal along Lincoln Ave. would be to revitalize business through adaptive re-use of the vacant buildings.
