Note: Most of the data sets are in comma-delimitted format.  To view and use the data sets just follow these few steps:
1.   Right click on the file you want to open.  Go to "Save Link As..."  and save the file to your desired location.
2.   Open the file in the appropriate program.
3.   To change the comma delimitted format to columns in Excel, go to 'DATA', 'TEXT TO COLUMNS' and follow the steps for TAB DELIMITTED
