To improve the appearance of Alta Sita neighborhood through the implementation of an overall urban design program that seeks to restore it’s grand charm.

To stabilize and expand the Alta Sita housing stock in order to attract new families

To enhance the quality of the neighborhood’s municipal infrastructure by carrying out target street, sidewalk,sewer and street lighting improvement program

To significantly expand employment and small business opportunities for local residents

To enrich the number and elevate the quality of youth education, cultural, and recreation programs, particularly for teens
