East St. Louis Studio-Spring, 1993

These plans are from the East St. Louis Studio taught in the spring of 1993.

The studio's goal was designing land use improvements for abandoned lots in the Winstanley Industry Park neighborhood. These designs were precursers to the Illinois Avenue Park, and the WIPNO Farmers Market.
