The metro-link tracks curve into the plaza, rising up to form a large sculpture of tilted ellipses. The sculpture sits on the edge of a stellar retention basin--its form reflected in the water below. Oval mounds, reminiscent of Native American earthworks found not too far from the site, edge the pool. The two buildings are placed at an angle, conforming to the lines of forces set up by the sculpture and the pool. The design is a unified composition of forms.
