Part 1

The Alta Sita plan is devided into two parts. Part one of the plan includes a describtion of the study area and all data collected in order to develop program to address concerns and wishes of neighborhood resident for future development in their neighborhood.

Reports on and analysis of the following data is included:

• Neighborhood condition survey
• Infrastructure Condition Survey
• Cognitive mapping exercise
• Residential- and Institutional surveys
• Children's Planning exercise
• Neighborhood summit

Part 2

Part two of the plan develops in details programs to address the needs established in part on of the plan. Each program include describtion of the following:
