The site chosen for our elderly housing project is shown in the north central area of the Alta Sita neighborhood of East St. Louis.  The housing near it is primarily single family housing in fair to good condition.  Unfortunately an abandoned site behind the site is ranked as dilapidated, the view of this area is minimal from the site however, blocked by the woodsy area shown in site drawings.
