Floor Plans

The two floor plans shown above are of the centrally located community space.  It is in the shape of a octagon, a shape thatcreates some odd corners and interesting niches.  On the first level there is a dining room, library, reading lounge, tv lounge, exercise space and many other activity spaces that can be enjoyed by the residents.  The upper floor consisits of offices and storage, but also connects to the assisted living apartments on the second floor and provides an open space to view entry area below..  In this plan the assisted living portion is very interconnected to the communal space.

The floor plan on the left side shows an assisted living apartment .  It consists of a living room, bedroom, bathroom and efficiency kitchen.  The plan to the right shows an independent living apartment with the same amenities but a full kitchen and the option of a balcony (second floor) or a patio (ground floor).
