One of the reasons we chose to develop this site is because of the endless opportunities it provides.  A secure populated neighborhood to the east and south, the community of North End provides a nice setting for a new development.  A church is only 2 blocks away and the Alta Sita school is only 4 blocks.  The vacant land beyond the site is primarily covered with wild outgrowth waiting to be tamed and integrated into the neighborhood surrounding it.
