This map shows a general overview of landscape conditions of the site, which is to say: there really is none.  With the design of the elderly housing development, a retention basin and paths would be part of the landscape development of this area.  The site has a wonderful view of the St. Louis Arch downtown, and great potential for being an enjoyable setting within the Alta Sita community and model for elderly housing possibilities in East St. Louis.
