Community Building Solutions for Lansdowne
Increase the awareness of the local environment through:
- Local authorities and Lansdowne Steering Committee
- Activist and education projects that will work to inform the community about the local environment.
- Revise land use by finding new solutions for vacant lots such as:
- Patches
- Several vacant lots can be used to form a corridor.
- Mosaics
- Urban Agriculture: creating small community gardens within Lansdowne.
- Redevelop land into a more centralized neighborhood and create edges and boundaries from vacant lots.
