This site contains numerous vegetation including trees, shrubbery, and various other well cared for plants. The building itself is very symmetrical. However, the adjacent building is much taller so the area appears disorganized. The sidewalks in front of the building clean and landscaped. The building is architecturally significant, but the exterior of the building is dirty. Adjoining land uses are similar, both buildings are places of business.
