dining experience on the shores of the Mississippi River
The entertainment
complex is part of a redevelopment plan proposed by
students at
the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. The project analyzes
cost
and economic
factors concerning its feasibility - along with social, cultural and
land-use issues
associated with redevelopment of abandoned industrial land.
The community
of East St. Louis is rich in talent, potential, and desire to rebuild.
We propose
this project as part of that desire.
