Emerson Park Resource Center (EPRC)
: Gateway to the Future

General Description

Our project area lies between Lynch and Winstanley and 14th and 15th. Briefly, our site contains several single family houses around the block, a retail store on the corner of Winstanley and 14th, and a number of vacant lots.  The vacant lots along 15th are not well-maintained, the vegetation is overgrown. A building previously at the corner of 15th and Lynch has been recently demolished and the site is cleared for construction.  Landuse Maps

Project Overview

Great northwest branch library, San Antonio, Texas.

We have proposed to add a small community resource center in the existing vacant lots that will house state-of-the-art computers that will  be compatible with everyday technology. This center will be a one-story information center that will be beneficial to everyone in the neighborhood and adjacent areas by serving everyones' need through education and job openings.  Landuse Maps
