Introduction

Kenneth Hall Park is located in the residential neighborhood of Landsdowne. Once an elegant strolling park, years of low funding have led to lack of maintenance and disrepair. Rebuilding the park will allow the community to reclaim its heritage and provide a foundation for generations to come.
