Big Plans, Small Plans : Opportunities for change in the East St. Louis region
Students in the Graduate Studio visited East St. Louis,
examined extensive resource and social data, and
investigated a range of topics important to planning in
this region of cultural and natural richness. The
outcomes of this process are collected here as a series
of planning proposals and some concrete examples of
design and planning responses to issues in East St. Louis.
