Community Outreach Weekend #2, Fall 1997
Community Outreach Weekend #2 was one of the most successful community outreach weekends ever. We brought 125 University students to East St. Louis and completed work at 10 sites around the community. Some of the highlights of student activities:

Neighborhood News
Neighborhood News, a newsletter published every other month, gives an update of the projects that are currently undertaken by East St. Louis Neighborhood Technical Assistance Center (NTAC). NTAC assists residents, non-profit groups, community businesses and municipal agencies in formulating strategies for meeting their technical assistance and training needs in the areas of community organization, neighborhood planning, building and urban design, grant writing and non-profit management.

Community Outreach Weekend #3, Fall 1997
