Community Outreach Weekend #3, Fall 1997
Despite the cold, it was a very successful community outreach weekend. We brought nearly 100 University students to East St. Louis and completed work at 7 sites around the community. Some of the highlights of student activities:

• Dismantled food stands and cleaned up at the Farmer's Market.
• Conducted parcel condition surveys on over 1,000 parcels.
• Cleaned and cut a vacant lot and alley.
• Painted four rooms in the after-school youth center.

New EGRETS Interactive Map
Create and print your own maps using the new interactive EGRETS Studio. This demo uses a map server to deliver interactive geographic data about East St. Louis.
