This document is Part II of the Alta Sita Revitalization Plan.
Part I includes all the data that are the foundation for the strategies that
are proposed in the present Part II. Therefore we encourage readers to look
through Part I to get an overview of the conditions that the strategies in this
document addresses. The strategies described were developed through a series
of Alta Sita Neighbors Inc. meetings during the summer of 1999 as the final
process following the extensive data collection and discussions that took place
in the spring of 1999 (see description of this process in part I).
